On behalf of Sportsworld Running Club, I would like to thank all the participants who took part in the Dublin 5 Mile Classic; It was another fantastic success, with huge numbers, like previous years. The gods were with us a beautiful day for runners+ walkers and spectators, maybe a little too hot for the runners but it beats the rain any day !!!

Belfast City Marathon 2008

Well done to Ed McEntee and Jakub Splawski who ran the Belfast City Marathon. Ed finished in 15th place with a great time of 2:40:59, and Jakub finished on 3:31:43.

Clonliffe Harriers 2 Mile

Clonliffe Harriers held a 2 mile road race in glasnevin and the sportsworld ladies team took 1st place, while the mens team finished in third place.
